my son is 4 months old boy. for past 2 days he is not going to motion and smell comes very badly but he is urinating. what can be done

A. nothing as it may be normal Stool- it is very common and normal for small children who are less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour of stool
