Q.

My son is 4 months old and is on breastmilk and occasionally on formula he pooped like this today is this normal please advise.

A. Namaste Mom, Is it the first time you have given formula as such, one is if it does not have a sour smell to it , is ok, but if it has then probably it is due to indigestion
