My son is 4 month old. Last four days he is going motion 3 times a day. And the colour of the motion is green in colour. And the motion is watery to solid. Is this normal or any infection??? What I should do??

A. what is the frequency of his stool because if he is on exclusive breastfeeding then passing stool 5 to 6 times in a day is nothing to be worried about just keep find hydration by feeding at regular intervals and also maintain hygiene
