my son is 4 month old, he is not pooping daily and vomiting milk frequency from past week, could you suggest anything?

Both the things are very common and normal with kids the vomiting happens due to stomach reflux and sometimes when you feed the child every two hours at least two over feeding and vomiting can increase secondly if the child is passing sufficient amount of urine there is no problem as constipation is hundred percent normal with
