Q.
My son is 4 month old he has cold and cough while coughing he has sound of mucus my Dr. Prescribed me to give HCKOF-LS SYRUP 3.5ML 3TIMES AND ANTIBIOTICS 3.5ml 2times and nasal drops 2drop in each nostril is it OK or it is high dose...? Pls suggest me dose of medicine his weight is 7.250 kg

they are safe if given by registered medicdal practitioner. do not undertake medicines or medical procedures not prescribed / guided by the doctor.
take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment moddification
