my son is 4.8yrs old he z having pimple like rashes on face.wat to do doctor suggested me clotrimazole ointment but of no use

Use Regularly on to the face of your child hopefully should subside with the location that I am suggesting you if you want you can also take an opinion from a skin doctor because that way at least you’ll come to know what’s the reason behind these pimples and treatment can accordingly be started
