Q.

my son is 4.6 yrs his weight is 13.5 his height is roughly 96-87cm.. not sure about height.. his looks very tiny as compared to his peers of same age group.. what should I do

A. hi at first, please stop comparison all kids are different they grow at their own pace. height of child depends on their genetic and diet so the first factor , you can not control ,but yes you can offer homemade healthy food for this. so offer green leafy vegetables, fruits,nuts more provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling stretching etc and if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about his or her appearance.
