Q.

my son is 4.5 month old, he poops like little bit watery and foam type, can i give waylact syrup and oxin MS syrup?

A. hi parent urnkid 4 m old do not guve ofloxacin syp as of now, continue fe ding the child ,it may be mild indigestion, if persisst u can give probiotics orally

A. Hie, your son is 4.5 months old and he is having loose motions with froathy texture so give him ORS and frequent breast feeding and lactobacillus sachets two times a day for three days
