You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger.
In older children a proper discipline is required so that the sleeping pattern can be schedfyuled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with sometimes can be the causautive factor for disturbed sleep.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. HB a minimum of 8 to 10 hours like a minimum of eight hours is definitely very good and if your child sleeps more than that for 10 hours also in a day then that is going to be good enough so of course it’s going to be that way
