Q.

my son is 3yr old still he is not talking.. we consulted the doctor and we are communicating with him all the time.

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question if that is the case and if he is not speaking at all I would suggest you need to get an evaluation done by your speech therapist and also get a urine test done as soon as possible to ensure that if an intervention is needed you taking that action right away a speech therapist and experienced one would be your best solution
