Q.

My son is 3yr 7 month old.. he was suffering from fever and cough.. Now there is no fever but cough increased. which cough syrup should be given to him..

A. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily.d give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk. d
