my son is 3years old and he is suffering from motions since 5days

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. 3 years baby suffering from motions for the last four days the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
