My son is 3years and one month old… He is not able to recognise colors.. he will mostly sort the colors.. But not able ti say ??

That’s completely alright there is no problem in that if your child is able to sort them out slowly you have to teach your child the name of the colours and all also also you can get flash card for this purpose they’re very good to teach different colours alphabets or different things of the similar colours and so they are amazing to be used for stimulating the child colour sense
