A. Stammering in a 3 year old child is not good it requires all sorts of diagnosis and treatment should taken to a specialist and go for speech therapy. do not ignore

A. Hello dear parent! Check what is triggering such symptom. Mostly it can be due to anxiety. Soothe your child, encourage your child to express and respond to your questions. Few elders suggest to give a teaspoon of honey in the mornings for better health and speech. Good luck and take care.
