My son is 33 months now. He sings rhymes talks whatever he sees on YouTube kids. he is not communicating neither listening nor answering me. but he understands simple things like eat sleep run and all those. kids of his age are speaking to their parents and this makes me worried. please help. Note. he watches lot of videos be it rhymes or object identification or anything that is for kids while eating. he never eats without phone and I couldn't help it
