hey mother first a all give his bum dry and till the rashes cures please give him cloth nappy bt not the diaper
secondly keep that area dry, apply Vaseline diaper rash creame or cocunut oil on affected araea

Hey mom stop to were him diapers. Apply turmeric powder mixed in coconut oil on the affected area, keep it for 10 minutes and rinse with lookwarm water thereafter give him a bath. u will see the effect within a week.
