Q.
My son is 3 yrs 4month but still not talking. only say one word. not forming sentence. if i encourage to speak he is not taking interest. please suggest. i m worried

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it's quite a delay. speech delay can be due to many reasons and hence to know it needs a detailed examination ENT specialist visit to know any hearing impairment or any stimulus causes of poor speech in baby . Reduce screen time no mobile or tv for speech development . Speech therapy is best help if ENT issue is not there.
