My son is 3 yr 5m, small skin rashes near his mouth and nose, now turned into dry patches. what I do..??

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Atogla cream you can apply as of now that is going to be quite beneficial for you to use these rashes can turn into dryness if not treated properly so they should be very helpful in the current situation situation for the child
