just feed well.
wear comfortable clothing.
do sponging with water at normal temperature, not too cold. it helps in taking temperature down.
do not give medications without prescriptions.
consult your doctor in case of persistent fever, poor oral intake, excessively sleepy child.

A. yes you can. Infact I give my son the same as he refuses to drink the ors I make from the powdered one. But in in case of juice form he takes this as normal juice and drinks this without being fussy
