my son is 3 years old now...can I give him complan..? when n how many times in a day? plz.suggest....

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Any supplement to be given only after two years. These supplements may not be needed for this age as it may lead to other side effects too. Its good and safe to give after two years. Also you give plain milk added with nuts powder its quite healthy
