my son is 3 years old , not speaking that much, but responding to the name and whatever he wants he use to ask in action..is anything to worry

So you should get it checked with a speech therapist maybe your child is having a speech delay with what you mentioned now is looking more or less like a delay only so once you get examined with your doctor they can help you with proper therapy if any is required or any exercise which will help in better speech of your child
