Q.

my son is 3 years old his hemoglobin is 9...he is anemic and calcium deficiency is also there....how I improve his nutrients levels as he doesn't like to eat fruits n veggies...

A. if you eat non veg then please give him mutton liver. that is best to increase haemoglobin levels. I am assuming you are already giving him iron supplements if his haemoglobin is low. give beetroot or spinach. even pomegranate and dates are full of iron. make juices ir milkshakes by adding one or more of these ingredients.
