my son is 3 years old and he has rashes on is body. it will come and disappear within 10 minutes please tell me why is this happening? I have attached photos for reference please help me

A. Hi mom Rashes can be due to heat and sweating. Apply atogla lotion on the skin after giving bath to ur baby. This will help to give relief from rashes Make sure that your baby wear loose comfortable breathable cotton clothes.
