Q.

my son is 3 years n 10 months he is suffering from high fever since last night...plz suggest me an antibiotic fever suspension ..his fever rising n falling down constantly...

A. you cannot give any type of antibiotic without consulting the doctor because more than 70% of cases are viral infection which will go away on its own and does not require antibiotics

A. ya I am already given paracetamol but no improvement

A. hello do not give antibiotics unless prescribed by your doctor and usually first 2 days just paracetamol shoukd be sufficient and only if no improvement and is worsening or child is having infection then antibiotics may be given and not otherwise n not recommended
