my son is 3 years 3 month old, he has fever since 2 days and also has sore throat because of this his voice not proper. I had given paracetamol with Azithromycin suspension is this sufficient??

A. the baby is more than three years of age if the baby is having this problem give cheston cough syrup to the baby 2.5 ml three times a day can do steam inhalation
