Q.

my son is 3 year 1 month old can I give any supplement to him? if yes which one will be best for his growth? please suggest answer

A. hi, it's not always need supplements. better to Give well balanced diet to ur child, including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. take care

A. Hello dear parent, yes ypu can give supplements to your child like iron calcium and vitamin etc. Ypu can A to Z multi vitamins or calcium chewable. Also you can get milk powders like junior horlicks, enfagrow, complan etc
