my son is 3 nd 1/2yrs olds he speech only words not sentance or 2word , he has i contact nd follow all my instruction but sometime I get confused dat is it speech delay or autism . I have consult speech therapist they say it's speech delay.. but I m confused.. is homeopathy is effective in speech delay
