My son is 3 months old. From the time of birth after few days he had rashes in his body. Doctor said this is eczema & will go gradually. But still there are rashes in his face & body. Doctor suggested atogla cream & I'm using sebamed soap. Will it go on its own. Attaching the picture. can anyone please help me

A. don't use products containing oats it may not be suitable for all baby skin just apply virgin coconut oil thrice a day
