Samidha MathurMom of 2 children8 years agoA. hi, green stools can be a reason of infection or even sometimes cough and cold.. rinifol Z is a good and effective syrup in treating the intestinal discomfort among the babies.. even I have given this syrup when my baby was ill.. but please make sure just do check the expiry of the rinifol Z.. as I still remember that it is valid only for 14 days after the composition of the syrup.. if you do not see any sort of improvement even after the 24 hours of the medicine then please do cancel the pediatrician..
