My son is 3 and half year old. He's wheezing for a week now. Nothing happens when he's sleeping but when he is awake he is wheezing continuously. what should I do?

A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperaturfe variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr fand prevent such temperature variations.
