my son is 3 and half year old and is becoming very irritable aggressive and shows lots of tantrums..what to do ..how to manage him and his tantrums

Unable to express, lack of physical activity, boredom and so on can be few reasons. Channelise your child’s energy with a good physical activity. Keep your baby engaged with suitable age games and toys. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Let your child be physically active as much as possible.
