My son is 3 and half year old 2 and half se month se use runny nose problem ho rkhi hai..medicinw dete h itne thk rhta h but bnd krte hi fr se problem start hojti h uski nose se bilkul gaddhi yellow nosy aati hai.. please give me solution jisse vo bilkul thk hojye mein dr. ko b chk krwa chuki h pr medicine bnd hote hi vo fir se preshan hone lgta hai and use jb jada din tk nose rhti h to etes infection b hone lgta hai

Author of questionGuardian of a 6 yr 1 m old boy2 years agoA. yes sir dr. give him monast lc and nasal spray. use jb tk medicine continue rhti h tb tk vo thk rhta h but medicine bnd hote hi system start hojte hai like runny nose.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improvingc the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdi / nebulizer. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also. body cannotc sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.
