my son is 3 and 1/2 years old he is speaking only 5 words when we are trying,he himself not speaking those 5 words ,daily we are trying to speek him.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3.5 years old and he use to speak only 5 words and that’s after your request so don’t worry he is speaking monologues words then teach him rhyming
