Q.

My son is 3.3 years old. I am concerned about his speech development. He talks a lot and knows more than 300 words. He can sing many songs and rhymes, and he knows the alphabet (A–Z), numbers from 1 to 100, colors, animals, and many other things. However, he is still not speaking in full sentences. When I ask him a question, he often repeats the same question instead of answering it. Sometimes he gives a one-word answer, but many times he simply repeats what I say. Because of this, I am worried about his language development. Is this something that may improve with time?

A. It is good that his vocabulary and knowledge are strong..but repeating questions instead of answering and difficulty with two-way conversation at this age is worth getting checked... It could be language processing delay or maybe linked with other developmental patterns.

A. It’s ok. Not an issue so u just have to make your chuld practice to talk in sentences like what is your name so my name is this so that’s is how h need to teach your chuld to make sentences and respond how it is required it to
