my son is 2ys 4m old and he is still breastfeeding. am trying but he is not leaving. how can I switch him to cow milk.

Hello mom, firstly you have to be firm in your decision , and avoid to give in to their demands as once you start doing that , it gets more difficult to wean them off your feed. you can stop one feed at a time, and keep the child either full before the feed time or keep something ready you can also replace it with cows milk.
