My son is 2yrs old.How much cow milk can I feed him in a day?

A. Max 400ml per day After age of 1 year it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml. you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child. you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutritionn to the child you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

A. See First of all you have to see how much of milk your child is having in one feed at this age kids can easily have somewhere around 180 to 210 ML is at a point of time if you want to give it three or four times in a day then it should be somewhere around 7 to 800 ML in a day
