Q.

my son is 2yrs 8 mnth old....and his weight is 12.5 kg only, which is same for last one yr or so. he eats daal roti, daliya with vegetables, milk etc....but not gaining wt. looks very wk also. what supplements or anything else shud I give him?

A. gu e protein rich food. Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development.
