Q.

My son is 2yrs 3 months old and still wakes up 3-4 times in night for milk.. i bottle feed him with cow milk.. could you please let me know if it is normal or how can i make him sleep continue at least 8 hrs? i am worried..

A. Hello dear parent! The maximum dairy intake should be around 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
