my son is 2yr now. he himself left the breastfeeding when he was 1 yr 3 months. as I am working. n before joining to offc I put him on two time solid food. but after tht I m facing breast sagging now. how shal I overcome from it.

A. as a breast feeding mom you will have sagging breast loose breast.. wear comfortable bra fitted one as to prevent.. you can start with some exercise or yoga as to firm breast.. take care of yourself..
