my son is 2yr 7 month old he got sick often in past 6 month doctor prescribed me fourts b syrup 5ml once a day is it good or I should not give it as packet says should be given to children above 5 year . please give me information about fourts b .

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. without examination it is difficult to tell proper treatment as well as advice so you should visit the dodctor for health assessment as well as examination. whether any investigations is required or not will be told by the doctdor

If your doctor is advising then you can give it but if you have a doubt as the packet says that should not be given under the age of five years then you should recheck with your doctor regarding that and then only you give a medicine once your doctor confirms about it
