My son is 2yr 6m old he is not yet starts to speak seeking his needs through actions but he able to spoke few words like mom, dad, car, bus, auto etc also he was clearly pronouncing alphabets and numbers. Kindly provide your thoughts on this.

A. do not worry if other milestones of baby are normal according to age you should just wait and watch but in case of further queries you neaed to consult dr. to examine the baby to give correct guidance.
