My son is 2yr 11months old. He always had high fever once in a month or at intervals of 2m9nthd. Fever is always 102.5 and persists for 3days. I give him ibugesic syrup 4ml at intervals of 5hr, fever slows down a little but his head and body is always heated. Suggest some good medicine for high fever please which can bring his temperature down.
