Q.

my son is 2yr 1 m old ...yesterday night he has got mild fever I have put paracetamol syrup also.. but still fever is coming again.... could u plz suggest me any medicine for this... thank u..

A. ok. keep a watch on her body temp 6 hourly and give syp pcm if it records above 100 F. paracetamol is enough for the time being consult your doctor in person once if no improvement
