Q.
My son is 2years and 10months. He isn’t eating anything properly.. tried all his fav too. He generally prefers anything sweet but that also he isn’t taking much these days. He takes milk some juices better than solids. From yday he isn’t peeing much just 2-3times per day. I am so worried. Otherwise he is active only. Did deworming last month. Please advise
