My son is 2year 4 months old.. He always blabbers a lot but he has not started speaking proper word like mumma, papa,baba etc. Should I take him for a counseling?

A. Hai good morning !! By 1.5-2 years old babies start speaking words around 60-80 words ,identify things with names,call by relation ... After 2 years start responding to our commands ,tries to speak 2 words ,sentences... If baby has not speaking words,not responding to commands check othe milestones,gross,fine motor skills . Consuot developmental paediatrician,speech therapist for assessment.
