Q.

my son is 2year 2months old... he is having loose motion , cough cold fever.... fever is under control but his loose motion is not stopping... I am giving him syrup omnix ,syrup zincogut, syrup criz M, syrup cherikof and Enterogermina.... I am very worried about his loose motion...
