Q.

My son is 28 months old. Everyday he is struggling for night sleep. please give some tips what food to offer and how much quantity and gap between dinner and sleep. At noon he sleeps easily atleast for 2 hrs.

A. Hi mommy Limit daytime nap Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein Keep three hours gap between meal Give half bowl Make mealtimes happy regular and social occasion Try not to worry about spilled drinks or food on the floor Start small Give three meal and two snacks Check our fit junior program for more information
