A. this is normal stool as per the age of the child. this variation maybe seen when the child is on milk. if the growth and the weight of the child is within normal limits then there is no need to worry. if you still feel that something is different you can get the child examined by the doctor who will tell you if there is need for any stool examination or not they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child. the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions. if you feel that the child is having somed difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract. the problem improvex with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .
