my son is 23 months old,I give him calpol 250 as he has fever but the fever didn't subside,I sponge bath him and then it will subside a little but after sometimes the temperature again rises,his hand, stomach feet are warm..he has constipation..he cant sleep peacefully, please help me

A. if the child is 23 months old is having fever you can give paracetamol and can be repeated after every 6 hours it again required and consult your doctor to rule out cause of fever
