my son is 22months old he always have dysentry twice a week every now and then he has dysentry problm ..we showed dr gave meds still always he has this problm stomach too looks swollen we asked dr does he need USG dr examined his stomach and said no need for ultrasound but still every week he has dysentry problm sometimes vomiting also....since this Saturday I saw his urine like milk white like milk....and Sunday there was crushed coconut type white in his pant and in his penis ..again Monday and Tuesday from his penis white white was coming out we asked dr he said to do urine test and said may be due to dirt in his penis..but again today Wednesday he did urine like milk....whit milky why so...he is only 1 year 10 months old .. please tell me what it might be
